The steps were easy to follow, but left room to add your own creativity. I liked that the first section gave very detailed instruction for each piece, so you could get familiar with the technique first and then move on to a bouquet. My favourite – of which I have done several variations already- is the fountain drink – I used a coke glass rather than an ice cream soda glass and have done with all butterscotch candy, all wrapped chocolate and all toffee.
