Yes, I eat healthy and exercise, but I’m actually a regular type of guy, with all the commitments that come with juggling a young family and work.
Plus, I’ve got a wife who loves to bake ridiculously delicious cakes and then ‘forces’ me to eat the yummy-goodness.
Oh and this might shock the “fitness gurus”, but I even drink beer. Bloody madness, eh?!
