Can I do these workouts at the gym also?

The workouts designed on this program are meant for you to do wherever, whenever with minimal equipment.


How long are the workouts?

They range from 20 mins – 45 mins. It really depends on your personal speed. I’ve gone through some of the earlier weeks and it took me less than 25 mins.


Is there a nutrition component to the Ultimate 30-Day Kickass Challenge?

There is not a full meal plan for you to follow, because you are given the tools to choose whatever you would like to eat as long as it fits your Macronutrients requirements.  I have thoroughly explained the concept of how to count and calculate your macronutrients, making it an easy way of eating healthy while still enjoying the foods you love.


Are the workouts impossible?

No, they aren’t!  I understand that every women is starting at a different level which is why I have demonstrated modified versions of exercises, if you are a beginner . I also know I may post some workout videos that may seem intimidating, but the goal of this program is to show each and every woman with consistency and progression that they are capable of turning into a badass superwoman, who trains like an athlete.


Is it all HIIT training?

No!  Although there are many circuit/HIIT style workouts in the guide – I’m a big believer in split routines. That being said, I have upper, lower, and full body workouts – as well as designated cardio workouts on the program. I’m a firm believer in lifting weight when it comes to any program. You can decide how you want to progress and how heavy the weights (DBs) are that you use the entire way through.


I’m not in my 20’s or 30’s will this program still work for someone considerably older?

Yes, majority of the women I train are in their 50s and 60s and they have experienced massive success while using the program. The program is crafted for any female of any age and any training background who is committed to making the most of their fitness and health.
